We understand that there may be times when you need to appeal a decision we have made, and we take this process seriously. We want to assure you that your concerns and complaints are valued, and we are committed to addressing them in a principled and fair manner.
In the event that you are dissatisfied with any of our services or products, whether it involves our educational offerings or services provided by third parties on our behalf, you have the option to lodge a complaint with us. We also recognize that there may be cases where errors are made, and we are ready to rectify them promptly.

Should you find the need to lodge a complaint or initiate an appeal regarding your interactions with our institution, kindly complete the requisite forms and express your concerns. Doing so will expedite the resolution process for your issue.
In the event of a concern arising, please ensure that you submit an appeal to our office within a thirty-day window following the occurrence. This timeframe applies to appealing decisions as well; it should be done within thirty days of receiving the decision.

- Admission denial to a course.
- Questions about course fees and refund policies.
Requests for a course transfer that was refused. - Worries about course progress or attendance.
- Enrollment cancellations and related issues.
- Accommodation or employment arrangements facilitated by Daffodil College.
- Dealing with incorrect advice provided by an education agent.
Delays in specific processes, such as result issuance. - Discrepancies in the services outlined in the Student Agreement.

At no cost, internal methods can efficiently tailor solutions for these types of issues.
We will fully cooperate with the OSO and take all necessary actions as dictated by their decisions or recommendations. We will provide you with written updates of our actions based on the OSO’s decision.

The National Training Complaints Hotline is a national service for consumers to register complaints concerning vocational education and training. The service refers consumers to the appropriate agency/authority/jurisdiction to assist with their complaint. Access to the Hotline is through:

Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA):
Complainants may also complain to our registering body, Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA). It is important to understand that ASQA does not act as an advocate for individual students and is not responsible for resolving disputes between students and training providers. ASQA only uses information from all complaints as intelligence to inform regulatory activities. More information can be found at:
