After Visa Approval
Upon receiving your visa, you must strictly adhere to all its terms and conditions. Non-compliance could lead to deportation and prevent you from completing your course. Key conditions include:
- Meeting attendance and course progress standards, and maintaining active enrollment in your program.
- Working only within the hours permitted by your visa.
- Keeping valid Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) throughout your stay in Australia.
- Updating your Australian training provider with your current address, contact information (phone and email), and emergency contact details within 7 days of any change.
- Completing your course within the duration specified in your Confirmation of Enrolment (eCoE).
- Satisfying the required number of study hours for at least six months unless released to pursue an alternative educational program.
