Becoming an agent for Daffodil College is a role of great responsibility and trust. Daffodil College is committed to partnering with reputable education agents to facilitate the enrollment of international students. To join our network of education agents, individuals or agencies must adhere to a set of essential requirements:​

  • Declaration of Conflicts of Interest: Education agents must provide written declarations, acknowledging any potential conflicts of interest. They are also expected to take reasonable steps to mitigate and avoid such conflicts when acting on behalf of Daffodil College.
  • Confidentiality and Transparency: Agents should maintain appropriate levels of confidentiality and transparency when engaging with overseas students or prospective international students. This commitment fosters trust and ensures clear and open communication throughout the process.
  • Honesty and Student-Centric Approach: Agents are entrusted with acting honestly and in good faith while consistently prioritizing the best interests of the students they represent. This entails providing accurate information and guidance aligned with the student’s educational aspirations.
  • Knowledge and Understanding: Agents are required to possess a deep understanding of the Australian international education system, which encompasses familiarity with the Australian International Education and Training Agent Code of Ethics, ESOS Act, National Code, Migration Legislation, and Migration Code of Ethics.

By meeting these rigorous criteria and upholding these ethical principles, individuals or agencies can become valued agents for Daffodil College. This role empowers them to guide students from diverse corners of the world toward accessing top-tier education in Australia while safeguarding the esteemed reputation and integrity of the Australian education system.

Agent Engagement Process

  • Agent Application Submission: Prospective agents interested in representing Daffodil College need to submit a comprehensive agent application. This application should include their personal details, qualifications, experience, and a statement of interest. 
  • Initial Meeting with Daffodil College Staff: Upon receiving the agent’s application, Daffodil College staff will schedule an initial meeting with the applicant. During this meeting, the college’s representatives will discuss the partnership opportunity, expectations, and the responsibilities of the agent. 
  • Reference Check: Daffodil College will conduct a thorough reference check to assess the agent’s qualifications and credibility. This may involve contacting previous clients, partners, or relevant organizations to gather feedback on the agent’s past performance and reliability. 
  • Agent Agreement: After successful completion of the reference check and approval by Daffodil College, an official agent agreement will be prepared and signed. This agreement will outline the terms and conditions of the partnership, including commissions, obligations, and any specific agreements between the agent and the college.
  • Regular Agent Performance Monitoring: Daffodil College will establish a system for ongoing agent performance monitoring. This process may involve periodic reviews and evaluations to ensure that the agent is meeting the agreed-upon standards and objectives. Any necessary adjustments or improvements will be discussed and implemented. 
  • Surveys and Feedback: Daffodil College may utilize surveys and feedback mechanisms to gather information on the agent’s performance and the quality of services they provide. This feedback will be used to make informed decisions and enhancements to the partnership.

    This comprehensive process ensures that Daffodil College engages with agents professionally and effectively, fostering a mutually beneficial partnership built on trust, transparency, and accountability.
