The BSB60420 – Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management (115450G) qualification is designed for individuals who possess specialized knowledge and experience in leadership and management within diverse enterprise and industry settings.

At this level, individuals demonstrate initiative and sound judgment in planning and executing various leadership and management functions. They take accountability for both personal and team outcomes within defined parameters.

Learning Outcomes:

Pre-requisites:

Eligibility Requirements for BSB60420 – Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management (115450G) qualification:
Candidates must meet one of the following criteria:

  • Hold a Diploma or Advanced Diploma from the BSB Training Package (current or superseded equivalent versions).
  • Possess two years of equivalent full-time relevant workplace experience in an operational or leadership capacity within an enterprise.
RTO Requirements for International Students:

International students are required to fulfill the following criteria:

  • Undergo a Language, Literacy, and Numeracy (LLN) assessment before the course begins.
  • Be a minimum of 18 years old and have completed Year 12 or its equivalent.
  • Participate in a course entry interview to assess suitability and individual needs.
  • Attain an IELTS* score of 6.0 (results valid for up to 2 years). Alternatively, demonstrate English proficiency through documented evidence, such as:
  • Five years of education in an English-speaking country; or
  • Successful completion of an English Placement Test.
  • Note: Other English proficiency tests like PTE are acceptable; however, students must provide results equivalent to IELTS 6.0.
  • All students must undergo a Language, Literacy, and Numeracy (LLN) assessment before commencing the course.
Credit Transfer

Applications for credit transfer must include appropriate documentation to support the request. This documentation may consist of a nationally recognized qualification certificate, transcript, and/or statement of attainment. It should match the qualification code and name, unit code, and title specified in the student’s application, along with the course dates and duration.
